Grand Knight’s Report

Hello Brother Knights,

I would like to wish everyone a happy, healthy and holy New Year.
We have been living in temperatures best suited for Antarctica not Southern
New Hampshire.

We will be removing the Creche on Saturday, Jan. 13th, please come
and try to help Romeo. Thank You notes have been sent to Pelham Building
Supply for the use of their truck. It is a great help. Another thank you note
to Wharf Industries for the nice sign they donated for the Creche.

Linda and Michael Melia are again filling a laundry basket with baby
items that I will be dropping off at the quarterly meeting on Sunday, Jan. 21,
2018. They do such a wonderful job, I am so proud to present this basket
from our council.

With kitchen repairs going on in the Hall, the blood drive set for
January 25 has been canceled.

We are pleased to announce a new candidate for 1st degree. He is
William Brewster, a Pelham resident. He will receive his first degree Jan.
12, 2018 at Hudson, NH. Welcome aboard, Bill, We look forward to
working with you.

We have purchased two tickets $I5.00 each for the 11th Annual
Birthrite Dinner at St. John the Baptist Hall in Allenstowtn, NH. I have
contacted John Grzesik who is our Right to Life chairman who proudly
attends most events that deal with Life. The date is Feb. 3, 2018.

Eric Wright will try to get an I-robot to raffle off to try to defray some
of the cost in redoing the kitchen in the clubhouse.

There is a testimonial Dinner for P.S.D. Wayne Griffin on Feb. 17, at
St. Matthew’s Church in Windham. Ticket’s are $25.00 ea. For a Lemon
Chicken Dimer. Please direct questions to Joel Plante District Master.

Your Worthy Grand Knight,
Jim Dolan
